Grant support of up to INR 30 lakhs for product development, marketing, and professional assistance to accelerate your startup’s growth.

Sustenance Allowance

₹20K–25K/mo

Up to ₹20,000/month for one year. Rises to ₹25,000/month if the startup has at least one woman co-founder — for one year.

Interest Subsidy

1% (Max 9%)

Approved startups avail an interest subsidy of 1% (maximum up to 9%) on term loans under the MSME assistance scheme provisions.

MSME Interest Subsidy Benefit

Sanctioned startups under this scheme are eligible for an interest subsidy of 1% (up to a maximum of 9%) on term loans, under the provisions of the Scheme for Assistance to MSMEs in Gujarat. This significantly reduces the cost of borrowing for early-stage businesses.

Who Can Apply

Eligibility Criteria

 

Ensure your startup meets all the criteria below before applying for the Gujarat Startup Grant.

1

The startup should have completed its Proof-of-Concept (PoC) stage before applying under the scheme.

Startups must be registered as Partnership / LLP / Private Limited Company to be eligible.

3

The registered office certificate (ROC) must be from Gujarat — the significant part of operations must be based in the state.

Major operations of the startup should be focused in Gujarat for an initial period of 3 years from the date of approval/sanction.

The startup founder should not own more than 10% shares in another company at the time of application.

The startup must complete a minimum of 2 months of incubation at the nodal institute disbursing the grant.

7

Startups are required to submit a monthly progress report to claim the sustenance allowance mentioned under the scheme.

The startup must be a registered Pvt. Ltd / LLP in Gujarat with the majority of its operations based in the state.

📅 Monthly Progress Requirement
